BRE365 Soakage Tests
We carry out soakage testing across the South East of the UK.
A BRE365 soakage test may be required to be carried out as part of your planning application. This test is a crucial aspect of design for any project that intends to use infiltration to manage surface water on site.
Soakage testing is best carried out between September and March.
We will carry out the test at a time that suits you and provide you with a detailed report.
Flood Risk Assessments
